PARTIAL PLANNING PACKAGE PLUS:

WE BEGIN WITH AN IN-DEPTH INITIAL CONSULTATION MEETING DESIGNED TO HELP OUR TEAM GAIN AN UNDERSTANDING OF WHO YOUA RE AS A COUPLE AND TO BRAINSTORM IDEAS/DETAILS/VISIONS FOR YOUR BIG DAY! WE WILL REVEIW ALL ELEMENTS OF YOUR WEDDING TO LEARN ABOUT YOUR FULL VISION.

Full Service Planner

​

  • Unlimited coordination hours on wedding day

  • Assist and/or review in 'pinning' visual ideas on a Pinterest board to help create event design while assisting with learning your style/theme/wedding-look and vibe

  • Full day-of coordination (unlimited hours) including set-up the day of, (or day before the event) including tear-down services immediately following the event, as necessary

  • Assist with budget-tracking and management 

  • Assistance with choosing and booking venue, rehearsal dinner and/or post wedding brunch arrangements

  • Work with client to complete planning timeline checklist for bookings, tastings, fittings, payment dates and more to keep planning on track

  • Assist with and attend setting up appointments involving venues, vendors, attire, and tastings  

  • Research hotel accommodations for couple

  • Creation and coordination of vendor arrival, timeline distribution and delivery

  • Manage the final walk-through at the venue to ensure the space diagrams, floor plans, production schedules and details are accurate

  • Access to our "Bridal Emergency Kit" on day of wedding

  • Final payment/gratuity handouts to venue/vendors the day of event

  • Gathering and safely packaging client's personal items after event
